How the EPIC Method Works

EPIC programs focus on performance-based communication development, helping professionals strengthen the language patterns required for meetings, presentations, interviews, and everyday professional interaction.

1. Communication Deep Dive Assessment

Every program begins with the EPIC Communication Deep Dive Assessment, where clients complete recorded speaking tasks and discussion prompts designed to generate natural speech. These samples allow us to evaluate speaking patterns, pronunciation, message structure, and real-world communication performance—identifying both strengths and areas for development.

2. Applied Communication Training

We take real communication from the client’s work and replicate it in training until it becomes natural. EPIC programs integrate live coaching with targeted microlearning modules that reinforce communication strategies and language patterns during and between sessions. Live simulations + digitized self-study platforms reinforce patterns that we convert into long-term memory through the training.

3. Measurable Outcomes

Progress is evaluated through recorded speaking tasks, impromptu prompts, and simulated Q&A discussions. Comparing early and later responses—including communication patterns typical of the client’s professional field—allows us to assess improvements in speech clarity, message structure, pacing, and confidence.

Reinforce Skills Through Microlearning

EPIC microlearning modules are included in our coaching programs, giving clients ongoing access to a curated library of targeted communication training.

Used alongside live coaching, these modules reinforce key language patterns and support continued skill development.

They are also available for independent study, allowing professionals to review, practice, and internalize high-impact communication skills anytime.
